A new format.
I have found a new method to staying alert all day at work, especially when I need to go in early, like I have all week. Before I would eat my breakfast and have a coffee to start my day off. Now I eat my breakfast with a very large cup of orange juice, do lunch as usual, and then at 2pm I have my coffee. It has worked quite well for me this week.

Bike Miami seems like it could be a regular event →
This past months Bike Miami was very successful. They closed some of the streets in Downtown Miami to pedestrians and bicyclist only on a Sunday for about 8 hours. There is going to be another Bike Miami day on December 14th. Hopefully it will become a monthly event. This gives me hope for Miami. I really want to go, however, it’s the week after my surgery.
